This is a picture of Jimmy Bain from the band Dio...

I like this picture and then I don't. I think I did really well on the hand, and hair, but every thing else I could've done better. Oh well... Tell me what you think!

:horns: Yes Indeed! The last time I saw the Elf with the voice of a Giant was when he was crossing the country with Swedish 80's Metal throwbacks HammerFall (and King's X sandwitched in the middle) opening for him. KICK-ASS show! That's where I got this pic of Jocham Cans from :pointr:[link]

Solo Era DIO- Don't Talk to Strangers & The Last In Line
Dio w/ Sabbath- Neon Knights & Master of Insanity
Dio w/Rainbow- Kill the King & Run w/ the Wolf
ELF- Hootchie Coochie Lady & Carolina County Ball :giggle:

KSE's version of "..Diver" is :shrug: Okay I guess.

I will admit that I don't know a whole lot of Rainbow or Elf songs..well not enough to pick a favorite. But over all, out of all of the songs Dio has ever played in.. I would have to say without a doubt that 'The Last in Line' is by far my favorite...Although... The music video makes me laugh.

And... *makes sure no KSE fans are around.* I HATE KSE for redoing 'Holy Diver'... NO ONE and I mean NO ONE should redo a Dio song...Sorry... I'm too much of a Dio fan to stand for it!

OK, then I WON'T recomend the Holy DIO tribute album to ya. errr, but then again, it's packed with artists doin' DIO right (^^; That came out wrong, didn't it?). Fates Warning, Doro, Blind Guardian, HammerFall & Solidtude Aeturnus (amoungst others) take their shots at songs from all phases of the big-voiced little man's storied carrier (execept the Elf albums). What prompted me to get this CD was not my love for DIO but me being a fan of most of the bands doing the tribueting. Maybe that colours my judgement a little.
